  • Yes! Park at Spring Creek is a pet-friendly community in Tomball, TX. We welcome cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. A pet interview and spay/neuter verification are required. Please contact our leasing team to confirm current breed restrictions before applying.

  • Yes, there's a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet, with a maximum of two pets per home.
